[gradsusr] Time axis units on Paleoclimate timeseries

Thanks Saeed.
Unfortunately, it seems the set xlabs and set vrange2 commands do not
operate on the x-axis when it represents time. Perhaps I need to edit how
time is defined in the .cdl file.
