Mohammad,

You can calculate streamfunction using the fish.gex Grads Extension. See details on how to compute streamfunction from wind components:
http://opengrads.org/doc/udxt/fish/fish.html#fish_div_uexpr_vexpr__mbdcnd_0__computes_divergence

Hope this will be helpfull to you.

Subject: [gradsusr] mass streamfunction

Dear All
I have  u, v winds and omega. Grads can calculate horizontal (x,y) streamfunction. Is there any way to calculate mass streamfunction?
Any help in this regards will be highly appreciated
