[gradsusr] same yaxis for two time series plots

'set yaxis -2 2 0.4'

Dear GrAD users,

Could some one guide me how to set same y axis for two time series plots. My
intention is to set a lower and upper limit of my choice as given in
following command. I was trying to use the following commands, but it seems
that they are giving wrong scaling.

'set yaxis -2 2' 
'set ylint 0.4'
