[gradsusr] Help in installing GrADS 2.0.a8 or GrADS 2.0.a9 on Windows XP

Hi all,
        Can anyone please help me how to install GrADS 2.0.a8 or GrADS 2.0.a9 on windows xp platform. Because when I double click grads.exe in the package it gives error "unable to locate component", tha application has failed to start because cygXaw-6.dll was not found. Is there any setup file available for this version??
