[gradsusr] station map

Hi all,

I got hourly data set for a month for some stations. I would like to plot
attached data set (for example) in station grads.The format of the data is
as follows.

Year, Month, day,hour,station name, lat, lon, variable.

If any one has got C or Fortran program to process (ASCII to BINARY for
station grads) hourly data for a month  kindly share it.
