[gradsusr] Plotting data from rotated lat-lon grid

Jonas,

      I don't have any occasions to use rotated lat-lon grids, so the 
rotated lat-lon grid
support in grib2ctl and g2ctl has been added by users.  Take a look at 
the code in
g2ctl because it is newer and uses PDEF.
