[gradsusr] help: Map Projection Error: Internal Logic check

Hi all,

while trying to use a shape file in GraDS v2.0.a9 I received the following
error:

*ga-> shp_lines philmap_wgs84*
*Map Projection Error:  Internal Logic check*
*Using shapefile /opt/opengrads/Resources/SupportData/philmap_wgs84*
*Shapefile Type: Polygon   # of Shapes: 4196*
*File Bounds: (  114.106,    4.639 ) to (  126.609,   20.936 )*

What should I do? Is there something wrong with my shape file?
Here are some of the info regarding my shape file:
