[gradsusr] Plotting NARR Means

Hello:

 

I have NARR monthly means from 1980-2000 and a control file that controls
the whole data set.  I am trying to alter the control file to only plot
1981-2000.  I know I want 240 months from 00Z on 01 Jan 1981 in 1 month
increments but I'm not sure which lines to alter and how.
