[gradsusr] Covert lat and lon to x and y grid points

How to use grads to convert lat and lon cooridantes to X AND Y = I, J grid
points in model domain? For example do I  = 10 , 120 do J = 10, 200 which
would be upper right grid point, lower right grid point and lower left grid
point; lower left grid point.
