[gradsusr] grads usage

Oh yes....now I seem to recall having the same problem years ago. If you install
the link below and still have issues, your access to the x-window is being
blocked by a windows security alert.

The opengrads superpack for windows comes with all you need to run grads,
including a bundled X server:
