[gradsusr] Ploting

Alireza:

Instead of writing an ascii file from matlab, you can either write a 
binary file (with fwrite) or a netcdf file.  The netcdf file can be read 
directly with grads, the binary file will need a control file, but 
either way would negate the need for an intermediate ascii file.
