[gradsusr] How are the html version of grads documentation generated ?

[Qian Hao]

I want to make a printable version of the latest documentation. And I
want to know whether the html files of the documentation are written
directly by people or generated from other sources automatically.
It maybe easier to start with the original source. Any related
information would be appreciated. Thank you !
