[gradsusr] set parea

Dear Simon,

I could not locate the defcol1.gs. I am sorry. Actually it was the same file
as 'color' which comes with GrADS bundle. The only difference was I have
defined more colors i.e. rgb for 81 - 89 & 91 - 99.
