[gradsusr] Error using basemap.gs

Hi Dear Sushant,
There is another way to mask the land in your map. Use this command after
display your map: basemap L 0 1 M(H)
while word and numbers reffer to: L=Land, 0=color for land, 1=color for
boundaries, M=medium, H=Hires
