[gradsusr] Opening a netCDF file using xdfopen/sdfopen

Jeff,

Sorry to hear that adding the "t" didn't solve the problem... Are the 
data "shifted on a diagonal"? (suggesting a dataset size specification 
issue: is the dataset global, and if so 248 degrees doesn't cover the 
globe in the xdef record...)
