[gradsusr] data and scripts in different directories

Dear GrADS Users,

I have a very basic question in running of the scripts from a directory.


Can we have the data in 1 directory(let say D:) and scripts(.gs) in other
directory(E:)? I tried doing this and got the following error.

No Files Open
DISPLAY error:  no file open yet
SET Error:  No files open yet


How can the error be resolved? I am running the scripts in Windows XP.
