The "subplot.gs" included with opengrads is similar to the matlab command of
same name. Example: if you want divide your screen so that you have 2
columns and 2 rows you do this:
set gxout shaded
subplot 2 2 1
d ts
subplot 2 2 2
d ps
subplot 2 2 3
d ua
subplot 2 2 4
d va
Sample output is attached.
