[gradsusr] Spectral analysis script

Hello.  I¹m a PhD student at NPS.  I¹ve been searching, but have been unable
to locate a spectral analysis script for GrADS.  Preferably I would like to
find singular spectrum analysis (SSA) method.  Any suggestions as to where I
might be able to locate?
