[gradsusr] surface downward shortwave radiation from CDAS

Hi all,

I am looking for surface downward shortwave radiation flux from
CDAS-NCEP/NCAR Reanalysis (non-pressure).
However,  only I can see surface downward solar radiation flux.

Does anyone know that they are same each other or not?
