[gradsusr] Doubt Reg the Land Mask.

Dear all, 
I have the rainfall model output for a domain that spans Land and Sea both. But I have the gridded rainfall (Observed) only at the Land. 
I want to know " How I should extract the Model output for the Land Region only". 

Kindly suggest.
