[gradsusr] GRADS ERROR

Hi I am trying to  set my lat and lon with grads but I come up with

Data Request Warning:  Request is completely outside file limits
  Entire grid contents are set to missing data
  Grid limits of file:     X = 1 1101  Y = 1 901  Z = 1 21  T = 1 1  E = 1
1
  Grid limits of request:  X = -3130 -3030  Y = 451 476  Z = 1 1  T = 1 1  E

  Warning issued for variable = tmp2m
Cannot contour grid - all undefined values

I am using grib2ctl.pl to covert wrfprs.000

Here are the steps I am using

1) grib2ctl.pl wrfprs.000

2) grib2ctl.pl wrfprs.000 > d03_018.ctl

3) gribmap -i  d03_018.ctl -0
