[gradsusr] plot mfhilo

Marck, the mfhilo extension in opengrads is still buggy and i need to fix, maybe in the next
two months...  i do all my TC plotting in python and don't have a good grads script to draw
tracks and parse the output from mfhilo.  best /r mike
