[gradsusr] Cannot contour grid - all undefined values

I am using Grid Analysis and Display System (GrADS) Version 2.0.a8 to analyze the NOAA/NCEP CFS Reanalysis dataset.

When I want to display my graphical output I get the following error message:

"Cannot contour grid - all undefined values"

Any help!?
