[gradsusr] Help new to grads

Thanks very much, Teddy. They are very helpful.
I am trying to get ice data out in Greenland Sea. It seems I don't need to
create the three files, directly can get the plot and results from some
commands. I know Ferret, Grads seems a little like Ferret.
