[gradsusr] Help...seasonal mean

Hi
I am  a new grads user. I have a data file (.nc) containing monthy datasets
for nine years ranging from year 2000 to 2009.
I want to make a bar graph indicating three months (April,May,June) average
for each year on the same plot for a region covered by lon 65 80 and lat 25
to 37. Can anybody write a code for it?
