HI,

just plot the difference:
If you have two variable wind and temperature (u and t) then: d u-t
If you have two files, open both and plot difference for zonal wind: d
u.1-u.2

If the data has different resolution, then you can use the function regrid2.
Search the forum on it.

If the data comes from different time steps or levels, you can specify their
time step in the "display" call, eg.:
d u.1(t=1) - u.2(t=5)
