How to interpolate from Lambert Conformal projection to Normal Mercator projection

Dear Grads User

I want to interpolate from Lambert conformal projection to
Normal Mercator projection.
When I trying to interpolate rainfall data using XCONV the following error
message is showing.
*
*
*Fatal error in xconv, click OK to exit*
*fseek error: Invalid argument*
*Error in xseek in get_data*

Can anybody help me in solving this problem or is there any other method by
which
interpolation from Lambert conformal projection to
Normal Mercator projection can be done.
