[gradsusr] problem building mflib from CVS

Im trying to build the user-defined extensions from source/CVS.
I cant get the mf library functions to build; I keep getting the following error(s).

Error: Parameter 'igakind' at (1) has not been declared or is a variable, which does not reduce to a constant expression

it looks like a fortran error, but I dont know how to fix.
What should I do to correct this?
