[gradsusr] problem while using lats4d to make nc files

Hai Waheed,

If you have Climate Data Operators (CDO) installed in your computer, then
use this command

cdo -f nc import_binary file.ctl outfile.nc

Then you will get netcdf output file which can be used with grads
