[gradsusr] Upgrading GrADS in Fedora

The problem is solved. The correct version for my pc (64 bit fedora 10) is "
grads-2.0.a5.oga.5-bundle-x86_64-unknown-linux-gnu.tar.gz<http://sourceforge.net/projects/opengrads/files/grads2/2.0.a5.oga.5/grads-2.0.a5.oga.5-bundle-x86_64-unknown-linux-gnu.tar.gz/download>".


Now it is working properly
