[gradsusr] how to re-grid........?????

I want to make a quantitative comparison of daily precipitation of two data
sets i.e.: Aphrodite and echam5 as both have different resolutions and for
comparison their horizontal resolutions must be same.

But the problem is that i am unable to regrid .

I am using grads version 1.8sL11 and grads 2.0.a3.oga.1 (both on Windows)
for both these versions i got error that "re is not a function"

How can I regrid , i am new to use regrid and don't know much.
