[gradsusr] Constant field. Value = 0

Dear users,

I'm using WRF model and ARWpost to create output in Grads. I have interest in some variables how LATENT HEAT FLUX AT THE SURFACE (W m-2), but the result showed by Grads is: "Constant field. Value = 0". Somebody knows what is happend? Below I put the description of the variables of ctl.
