I need to regrid my data in order to give input to the OGCM model.
My data is in the following format

xdef 360 linear 0.500000 1.000000
ydef 142 linear -80.500000 1.000000
zdef 1 linear 1 1

I need to regrid the above in this following format

xdef 180 linear 1.000000 2.000000
