[gradsusr] "Logic error 8 in gxshad" with wrf ctl file

Hello all,

There is not a robust ARWpost forum or help, even at the WRF Users Forum site so I am wondering if I could get help here.

I obtain the following error when running a grads script reading a wrf control file made with ARWpost.exe:

Logic error 8 in gxshad

Error in gxshad

I have attached a .gif image showing the smeared contours surrounding the color bar at the bottom of the plot.
