[gradsusr] How to calculate Annual Anomalies from monthly data

Dear Arlindo

I have 22 years data in monthly format. I just want to calculate annual and
seasonal anomalies for say surface Temperature. I know I can get the monthly
anomalies via 'modify variable seasonal' command but how to calculate annual
and seasonal anomalies. Could you please give me a hint or a script
regarding annual and seasonal anomalies and their respective plots in GrADs?
Any hint will be highly appreciating.
