[gradsusr] help: [NetCDF: Index exceeds dimension bound Exception]

Dear All,

I am getting the following error in grads 2.0.a7.1:

NetCDF Error (gancrow, nc_get_vara_double): NetCDF: Index exceeds dimension

Data Request Error:  Error for variable 'ts'
  Error ocurred at column 1
DISPLAY error:  Invalid expression
  Expression = ts


Scenario is as below:

1. Opening 4 nc files which are having month wise daily data. I am running
xdfopen on control file

ga-> xdfopen ex.ddf
Scanning Descriptor File:  ex.ddf
SDF file fvbbamip3347_247.cam2.h1.1989-%m2-06-00000.nc is open as file 1
LON set to 0 360
LAT set to -90 90
LEV set to 992.556 992.556
Time values set: 1989:1:6:0 1989:1:6:0

2. ex.ddf contains:
DSET ^fvbbamip3347_247.cam2.h1.1989-%m2-06-00000.nc
OPTIONS template
TDEF time 120 LINEAR 06jan1989 1DY

3. Displaying ts value
ga-> set x 1
LON set to 0 0
ga-> set y 1
LAT set to -90 -90
ga-> set t 1 90
Time values set: 1989:1:6:0 1989:4:5:0
ga-> d ts

Can somebody help me here please? If I open nc file individually, "d ts" is
working fine for "set t 1 30", getting this error only when I open multiple
files.

Please let me know if you need any more details.
