[gradsusr] how to use get_grib.pl without an inventory file?

Thank you for clarifying this Wesley.

It looked to me like that was what was required, I was hoping there
might have been another way that I could implement on the spot. I shall
put in the request.

       You need to ask GSD to create the .idx/.inv files.
