No subject

I am using windows version of grads(GRADS 2.0.a7.oga.3).I want mask the land area using the basemap.gs.
But  
ga>basemap L 1
showing error, the error is sh:bash:command not found
Error reading lpoly_lowers.asc
please help me to shout out the error
