[gradsusr] CFSv2 forecast grib file under grads

I want to use CFSv2 grib forecast file with grads (v2) anyone has ever did so ?

Hi,
I was reading the CFSv2 monthly mean data, the file "wnd850.ensm.jun.cfsv2.data.grb2" for example.
I used wgrib2 to get the ctl file
gribmap under Gradsv2 to get the idx file
The ctl file has the correct dimension BUT the forecast lead time (10) is missing.  
It has T as the 28 years (1982-2010) but the forecast lead time for each year (ie 0-9) is not there ?
Am I missing an option in wgrib2 command ? or Grads cannot just handle the lead time dimension ?
