[gradsusr] one simple question???

Hi Metias

After adding 'set x 1'  the grads does not give error message however the
output image is not what I wanted. I have attached the output. Also I am
attaching here the kind of output (from Liu et al., 2009) I would like to
have. I want to plot pressure levels on y-axis and latitudes on x-axis with
wind vectors plotted in the figure.



Any ideas?
