[gradsusr] xconv install

Dear Grads community

I've perform some run with a model and after different process i get output in 
.ctl format. According to a friend i can do this convert by using xcon. Since 
few days i try to install xconv in my ubuntu 9.1 but i didn't found the best way 
for this install. So if someone in grads user's have knowledge in installing 
this software in lunix; Could he teach me.
