[gradsusr] problem in .ctl plot

Dear, 

I've .ctl file of one station of precipitation in Senegal, when plotting the 
file, i get great value of rain. So you can see the attached file test.png and 
the script in test.ctl. Nevertheless i don't understand why the values of rain 
if so elevate compared the values in the original file.

I attached the 2 files (script and plot).
