[gradsusr] xconv install

Dear ismaila

If you have followed the steps for downloading and installing xconv (
http://badc.nerc.ac.uk/help/software/xconv/) maybe there is one step
missing: change the attributes of your xconv executable file
chmod 777 filename

Then write
./xconv1.91 (or the executable filename)
