Dear Heiner,

Thanks for your guidance. I'm trying to use the new softwares that you included 
in your email even-though I'm still looking forward hearing from someone who can 
figure out the problem by using Lats4d.

Hi Abbas,

I can't help you with Lats4d, but I can recommend the climate data operators CDO 
for such netcdf-operations:
https://code.zmaw.de/projects/cdo

Alternatively, you could use NCO, the netcdf operators:
http://nco.sourceforge.net/nco.html
