[gradsusr] Making .ctl file of grib2 files

Joralf,

 If you are using wgrib2 v1.8.5, you will need to upgrade/downgrade.  If 
that is not the problem,
(wgrib2 -version will give you the version)

Could you

1. show the grid description.
 
    -bash-3.2$ ./wgrib2 gfs.2010082606-gfs.t06z.pgrbf00.grib2  -d 1 -grid

2. and the URL of the data file.

3. version of wgrib2
