[gradsusr] GRID to GRIB/NC

-- Dear GrADS Users,

I have station data sets in GRID format (.grd transformed from .dat/.ctl). I 
want to transform it into GRIB/NETCDF file, to compare with the model data 
(in grib / netcdf ). there is lats4d.gs to GRIB/NETCDF, but the input file 
formats don't include GRID. does anybody know a way?
