Arlindo,

I had many problems compiling grads 2.0.8a, in HP-UX, so I made a summary of
these problems in this links. I hope it will be useful.

Arlindo,

Huber was finally able to build GrADS with all options.

He has a made a 32bit version of the GrADS executables for HP/UX.

Your list includes Linux, Windows, AIX, IRIX, FreeBSD, and Solaris but not
HP/UX.

I haven't run into a HP/UX in a long time. In principle the supplibs source
mega-tarball should build on HP/UX (as long as the packages themselves build
on HP/UX). The point being that once you figure out how to build on HP/UX
you codify the proper options in the driving GNUmakefile (and add notes to
the wiki), so next time people can benefit from this work.

Hello Everybody,

I have problem compiling SHAPELIB library, after I executed these commands,
I found the following errors, please help me.

Have you considered using the pre-compiled (opengrads) supplibs? Or even
compiling from the (opengrads) supplibs mega-tarball? The top makefile there
handles all the necessary config parameters. More info here:
