[gradsusr] combining GRIB fiiles

you can see in this two rows that your file is ok:
333:6969460:d=08042800:WTMP:kpds5=80:kpds6=1:kpds7=0:TR=0:P1=0:P2=0:TimeU=1:sfc:anl:NAve=0
334:7002466:d=08042800:PRMSL:kpds5=2:kpds6=102:kpds7=0:TR=0:P1=3:P2=0:TimeU=1:MSL:3hr
fcst:NAve=0

you have 1-333 records of anl and 334-666 of 3hr fcst
So you big_file.grb is ok
for ctl try to download last version of grib2ctl.pl
I use 0.9.12.5p46

I hope this solve the problems,otherwise I'm here ;)
