[gradsusr] combining GRIB fiiles

Hi Sujata ,

are you sure both of your wrfprs files aren't empty?

make and other test:
please write
grib2ctl.pl -verf big_file.grb > big_file.ctl
please copy here your big_file.ctl and  the output of command:
wgrib big_file.grb
