[gradsusr] combining GRIB fiiles

Hello,

maybe you didn't append files?I don't know.
you can write as follow

cat        wrfprs_d01.000 > big_grib_file.grb
cat        wrfprs_d01.003 >> big_grib_file.grb

then create .ctl and .idx files.
Let me know if you have the same problem
